Problem Note 60098: Using PROC TIMESERIES in Traditional Chinese or European language environments might cause your SAS® system to suddenly stop working

When you run the TIMESERIES procedure in SAS with any European languages or Traditional Chinese, the SAS system might suddenly stop working. An error like the following is returned:
Recursive Segmentation Violations - system exiting
